Your privacy is important to QAccess. This statement discloses the information practices for QAccess websites, including what type of information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.
In general, you can visit QAccess on the internet without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. There are times, however, when we or our partners may need information from you.
You may choose to give us personal information, such as your name and address or e-mail address that may be needed, for example, to correspond with you, to process an order or to provide you with a subscription. On occasions, QAccess presents a personalised URL (link) that brings the visitor to a personalised webpage. Such a personal URL is readily identifiable and by clicking on that link and going to a personal webpage you are agreeing to let QAccess collect information about your session visits. We use this information to help us provide you with information that matches your interests. If you do not wish information to be used in this way, simply do not click on such personalised URLs.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors. To use the Services, you must be the age of legal majority in your place of residence. By using the Services, you hereby represent that you are at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence. All information provided to QAccess is treated as if provided by an adult.
If we learn that a minor has submitted information about himself/herself to us, we delete it as soon as possible. If you believe that we have collected Personal Information from a minor, please contact us at support@qaccess.asia.
The Services are based in the Indonesia and provided for access and use only by persons located in the Indonesia. The Services are hosted in the Indonesia and other jurisdictions in which QAccess operates. QAccess may transfer your personal information to third parties located in another country for purposes of processing, storage, or fulfillment. If you are visiting the Services from outside the Indonesia, your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the Indonesia. The data privacy and protection and other laws of the Indonesia may not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using the Services, you consent to transfer of your information to our facilities as described in this Privacy Policy
