How to Refund?

Start your search by filling in the Booking Details.

Course Name,Course Location, Quota and Price will be shown.

Find more Course Detail, then tap Continue button to book.

Fill in QMember Number by clicking the pencil icon.

Make sure that your Player Details is correct then click Yes.

Check all your Booking Details once again. Continue to Payment Method by clicking Continue button.

Select Payment Method to complete Your Booking.

Once payment is confirmed, you can see your E-Ticket at 'My Booking' Page.
Booking is refundable when Play Date more 24 hours than Booking Date.
Tap Refund button to Request Refund.

Keep track of your refund status in your E-ticket, when Refund Approved back to Home Page to see your Point Balance increase.
